gone? Oh yeah, baptizing people and meetings? Saturday we got transfer
doctrine, which is when you find out if you are leaving or staying and if
your companion is leaving or staying, which was crazy in itself. I
went on splits with a member because Elder H had a baptism to go
to in Vegas. So, a another Elder and I went to transfer doctrine and found
out Elder H and I are both staying and Elder H is District
Leader. I'm pretty happy I get to stay! I love this area!
Anyways, also on Saturday we had a baptism!!! Oh Yeah! S the first
day in-field we taught a lesson to, got baptized! It was crazy. Over
100 people showed up! I stopped counting at 102 and more people were
still coming in! We had to hold the services in the sacrament room. He
was also confirmed that day because we had stake conference the next
day and he leaves for the military in a week. I got to be in the circle
when he was confirmed and man the spirit was so strong!
Tuesday we went on exchanges. Elder H came to Boulder City and
Elder H went to Henderson. It was a fun exchange. Elder H is
a crazy diligent missionary. We had so my lessons just pop up that day
out of nowhere! Set up S's baptism and then had a lesson
afterwards. A guy called us to come over for a lesson and it was just a
great exchange!
Then I also gave my first training in district council! That was quite
nerve racking. Public speaking is not my forte. But, went with the
spirit, prepared it then crumbled it up and started over an hour before
the meeting started. It was great though! Now I love giving trainings!
Thursday we had a trainer/training meeting! Got to see all the people I
came out with! That was awesome! Everyone is doing pretty great! I
love getting together with all the missionaries, because it makes me
want to go out and do the work!
That is the highlight of my week! Finished my first transfer! Second
baptism! Learning so much, the members are great, can't wait for the
next transfer and see how much I'll grow!... Spiritually, I don't want
to get any taller. This is a saying I heard "Your future is as bright
as your faith" now how true is that. The stronger your faith in
Heavenly Father that everything will work out for good, the better
your life will be. If you keep his commandments, and do the small
things the better your life will be! That has just stuck with me all
week.

| We were riding with the zone leaders to go get a new phone and a box flew it to the car and got stuck to the grill. It was freaking crazy! |
