I was thinkin' the same thing, Jess! update for Meagan 2/3/14

"A very funny thing I have noticed my whole mission is that no matter where in the world we may be Hermana Jarvis and I always seem to be in sync. " -Sorella Jessica Jarvis

I am in complete agreement with this statement! Sister Sowder and I had our week of miracles and it was a good ending to my transfer here in Greeley because I am off on a new adventure starting Tuesday! I'm moving to Longmont to be companions with Hermana Snow!!!!!! ( Did you catch that?- Hermana?!?!?!) I'M GOING BACK TO A SPANISH AREA!!!! Prayers truly are answered and I am really looking forward to this transfer. But my heart is breaking having to leave this ward and Sister Sowder. Last night Sister Sowder and I visited a member and she was so sad to see me go. She said, "Hermana Jarvis- you are one of the greatest. We will never forget you." Talk about heart melting. I just love the people here so much. I cant wait to come back and visit in a couple months because this place will be the first place I come.

Alright, enough of that stuff. I have to tell you about our MIRACLES :) Monday night we met with a Grandma, her daughter and the daughter's son. We had an amazing.... AMAZING... lesson with them about the Plan of Salvation. I truly felt like an instrument in the hands of the Lord to lead His children back to Him. So powerful!!! We had another lesson with them last night and a member from the Ward came with us. We taught about the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It was an amazing feeling to testify that there is a living prophet on the earth today and he is guiding Christ's church on the earth. Sister Sowder did an amazing job of extending her very first baptismal invitation and date. Which was accepted and they are both very excited to get baptized in March. I am not going to train this coming transfer which will be a different experience for me. I don't know what it is going to be like to be a missionary without a calling. I am going to miss seeing the improvements made by brand new missionaries who are still trying to figure things out. I hope that every day I can live life like a new missionary where every day is a new adventure.

I love seeing miracles. Having spiritual experiences on a daily basis are powerful and they can heal you from the inside out. I have experienced it. This next transfer is going to be full of miracles but looking back over my mission, I truly have seen so many already. I love you all so very much!
